Designed in 1969 by renowned architect Rodolfo Bonetto for AUTOVOX, an Italian company born in Rome at the end of the II World War. The LINEA1 is an iconic example of Italian design from the late 20th century. This 14" black-and-white portable television is distinguished by its rounded form and brightly colored plastic casing — hallmarks of the era’s aesthetic.

Celebrated for its style and innovation, the LINEA1 earned a place in several modern art museum collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Technically versatile, it supports both VHF and UHF signals, with options for external antenna and multi-source power input (125–220 VAC or 12 VDC).

A striking blend of design and function, the LINEA1 remains a symbol of Italy’s contribution to mid-century industrial design.
