The Toshiba 13A23 is a great CRT TV. It has a nice image quality and features picture control adjustments and a closed captioned decoder. Plus, it has front audio/video inputs so you can hook up a vintage gaming system and have some retro fun!
Toshiba 13A23 and higher models Toshiba 13A24 etc. can't be RGB modified.
